WFS has been processing returns for clients for almost twenty years. Returned products are first verified for content. After the verification process, each item is graded to make sure the product is re-saleable as new before it is repackaged for resale.
The guidelines are established by the client and carried out by WFS associates to ensure the returned product meets the client’s standards.
The detailed return information is either scanned or input by hand resulting in a detailed data file and/or hard copy report for the client’s records.
