FAQ

B2C stands for Business to Consumer Shipments. We specialize in these kinds of shipments by using our Warehouse Management Systems to go to your Shopping Cart (Shopify, WooCommerce, Etc.) on your website and automatically pull your orders in so we can ship them out and push tracking information back to your customer when it ships.

B2B stands for business-to-business shipping. We can customize our shipping labels to be what your retailers require or you can send us labels and we will print them and put them on your packages.

A SKU is a unique identifying number for a singular product in your product catalog. Each product and product variation should have a different SKU and be labeled with at least the SKU if not a barcode for the SKU as well.

Third-party logistics (or 3PL) refers to the outsourcing of e-commerce logistics processes to a third-party business, including inventory management, warehousing, and fulfillment. 3PL providers allow ecommerce merchants to accomplish more, with the tools and infrastructure to automate retail order fulfillment. Essentially, we warehouse your inventory and process your orders for you, so you can focus on other aspects of your business

Pricing is determined based on the type of business you are doing, whether it be strictly product distribution or book sales for a publisher. The pricing does vary, but the categories of service we charge for are largely the same as any major 3PL you would work with. Our pricing is highly customizable depending on your business requests and needs

Per our contracts, we are afforded 48 hours or two business days; however, we are usually able to get most orders received in the morning shipped out the same day they are received. This will vary depending on the business of the season that we are in, but we do our very best to accommodate all rush order requests
